Pushpa 2 The Rule is the sequel to Pushpa: The Rise, an Indian Telugu movie released in 2021. When Pushpa: The Rise film was released, people did not have much interest in it. Upon its Hindi release, this movie quickly stirred theaters, achieved high box office collections, and became a superhit film in a few days. Now the second part of the same film is named Pushpa 2 The Rule, and people are also curious about this film. The Pushpa 2 The Rule release date already has been announced by the movie director.

The director name of this movie is  Sukumar, produced by Mythri Movie Maker. 10% of the footage was shot initially with the original film. Sukumar changed the story, starting principal photography in October 2022. With a budget of ₹500 crore, this film is among India’s priciest, set to release on Independence Day, 15 August 2024.

Filming 

Principal photography kicked off with a test shoot in Hyderabad in October 2022. Additional sequences were filmed in Visakhapatnam and Malkangiri district, Odisha. Jagapathi Babu was cast in April 2023, while Fahad Faasil and Rashmika joined the set in subsequent months. Filming locations included Ramoji Film City and Hyderabad. Allu Arjun’s health delayed production in December 2023. Notable sequences were shot in Vizag and Yaganti Temple. A ₹60 crore 6-minute sequence was showcased. The production wrapped up with a massive underwater sequence in Hyderabad in April 2024.
